Prior to joining theÌýSocial Research Unit,Ìý²Ñ±ð±ô²¹²Ô¾±±ðÌýworked in a market research agency, developingÌýexpertiseÌýin commercially focused research design, robust dataÌýcollectionÌýand clear, actionable reporting. This combination of academic and commercial experience underpinsÌý²Ñ±ð±ô²¹²Ô¾±±ð’sÌýapproach to delivering research that is methodologically rigorous, ethicallyÌýsoundÌýand directly relevant to decision-makers,Ìý·É³ó¾±±ô±ðÌýremainingÌýresponsive to client priorities andÌýneeds.Ìý
With the Social Research Unit ²Ñ±ð±ô²¹²Ô¾±±ðÌýhasÌývastÌýexperience of leading and coordinating a wide range of research projects, including evaluations, socialÌýresearchÌýand market research studies.ÌýMelanie isÌýskilled in overseeing all stages of the research lifecycle, from shaping research questions and methodologies, through fieldwork planning and delivery, to analysis and dissemination of findings.Ìý²Ñ±ð±ô²¹²Ô¾±±ðÌýhasÌýbroadÌýexperience of leading and managing complex research projects fromÌýinceptionÌýthrough to reporting, and her natural talent for project management ensures projects areÌýdelivered in a smooth,ÌýeffectiveÌýand efficient manner.Ìý
